More than half of existing patents are sleeping in Japan.

-	Patents traded in the United States per year amount to 50 billion US$ whereas, in Japan, they amount to only 20 million US$. The market size now is only 1/2500 in Japan.
-	Focalworks has started to build a Platform to actively transfer patents. A vast sea is in our midst.

To explore the vast area, here is what we do…

i)	We construct a novel and complete IP evaluation mode, “Focalmodel.”
ii)	Using Focalmodel, we provide IP evaluation reports for financial clients.
iii)	We run an IP trading web site, listing more than 50,000 sleeping patents. We indicate the starting price both for the selling and buying sides based on the Focalmodel evaluation.
iv)	We turn around low PBR public companies by finding effective patents for their business.
